Have i missed my window?

Got period on Tuesday 31st August. So think that makes me CD13 had EWCM the last couple of days but not today. I religiously have a 28 day cycle.

Does the EWCM come when you are ovulating or just before?

According to Wikipedia (hmmm not sure on accuracy though but I couldn't survive without it) EWCM would be seen just before ovulation.

The production of EWCM is caused by the surge in oestradiol, which triggers the LH surge. Ovulation is 24 - 36 hours after the LH surge.
