Is there anything more depressing than filling out a form for a fertility clinic?

we were turned down for egg share by our local clinic because of my rmc ishoos despite presenting all the symptoms of immunology problems.

I have found a clinic im manchester that will consider us provided my AMH tests come back ok, and they will prescribe antib's after the IVF to improve our chances. I am filling in the form ready to email back.

god, its depressing. months ttc? 61.
pregnancies? 14. live births? 1.

shit. i shall have to attach a letter shant i?

have put:

: We have suffered several early miscarriages in addition to the mentioned ectopic pregnancy. I had uterine group b strep after the delivery of my son as well as a bladder that was ?misplaced? and each pregnancy has failed at between 5-6 weeks, and each miscarriage has been preceded by a fever, cold sweats and severe vomiting. However, my current consultant does not perform NK cell or Chicago testing. It is my belief that the symptoms presented indicate an immunological problem rather than an issue with the quality of my eggs. I responded very well indeed to clomid (even at a reduced dosage) and my blood tests have all returned normal.

Hi there, I saw your post and my heart goes out to you. While I do not know much about immunological issues, are you looking into getting the relevant tests done before embarking on IVF? I think there is a place in Nottingham and also London that perform these tests. I wish you all the best for whichever course of testing/treatment you decide to pursue.

TheLady, I have been following your story for a while (in a non-stalkerish kinda way, of course Wink) and have admired your resilience and staying power in the face of such adversity and resistence by your drs.
My ratio of pregnancies vs live births is much more positive than yours (8 vs 4) and I found that tough enough.

Your letter sounds good: keen to pursue every avenue but not 'mad' Wink. I really do not have anything else helpful/constructive to say, but just want to wish you all the very very best.

If anybody 'deserves' another successful pregnancy, it is surely you Smile!
