hello all :)

I have been TTC no.1 for 3 months and have had ov pains ( i think they were!) for the first time this week. I was wondering, what the next step would be? I have read on here that some people text 2 weeks after ov pains, or shall I just wait for AF? I only had Mirena out three months ago so AF not 100% regular, but only differs by couple of days....

any advice would be great :)

thanks

Texting isn't as outlandish as you think - I'm using an iphone app to track my cycle Wink

I'm a complete novice really, but there are tests that alledgedly can be used before your AF is due. However my own strategy will be to wait until AF is actually due. Sometimes you can get a negative result if you test too early, because the hormones haven't built up enough; but still be pregnant.

Good luck!

ooo whats the iphone app called? I want lol

yeah thats what I have read too, just getting so wound up with the whole thing as people are having babies all around me and its great for them but stressful for moi too. If I get asked one more time when I am having kids I swear I will kick ass!!

It's called Period Tracker. You can pay for one, or be a cheapskate like me and get Period Tracker Lite. Think the main difference is the cheap one doesn't do charts etc.

I used an app called iPeriod :) totally free! DH thinks its cool to 'keep score' of our bedroom antics LOL

On the 2ww but no symptoms whatsoever so looks like no luck this time :(
