Thoughts please - false positives??

Hi - long time lurker but would really appreciate some thoughts as I have myself in a bit of a pickle!

I tested on Thursday 26 Aug (15 dpo) and got a positive (1-2 weeks) with a clearblue digital test, I tested again on Saturday with the other from the same twin pack and got another positive with the same conception indicator.

We decided to do another test today to show the in-laws when they visit later (a bit cheesy - I know) so I did a clearblue +/- this morning - it was negative with no hint of a second line!! I am a bit stressed that the first 2 were false positives as I understood that they required a higher level of hormone so though the +/- would have shown the correct result.

Any thoughts and advice to help straighten my head out would be massively welcome!

I have heard the the clearblue +/- tests can be a bit rubbish. Try testing with a different brand.

I was using the indicator ones to check my hormones were rising and at 7 weeks it came up "Not Pregnant", I thought I was having another MC. DH quickly went to Tesco and got various other tests which all came up positive! Currently feeding that little bean who is 19wks. Hope it turns out the same for you x

Sorry just noticed that u were using a different one, hopefully it was just a faulty test.

Thanks for all your thoughts - I happen to have a docs appointment for something else tomorrow so I will hijack the appointment to see what she says - kind of hoping she will do bloods for me. Fingers are still crossed x
