I had my implant taken out in may and am tryin to get pregnant at the mo. The problem i have is that my cycle is all over the place so have no idea when i should be trying. I visited the doctor as when am on it is so painful it's ridiculous she prescribed me the mini pill to regulate my periods but it will lower the chance of pregnancy. agh!!!

Hi - your periods can take a little while to get back to normal - but generally your fertility should return very quickly. Does your Dr know you are trying for a baby? Being on the pill won't just lower your chance - it will stop you getting pregnant!I would go back and see another dr and explain what you want xx

had mine taken out today! do not take the pill as batteryhen said it will lower your chances almost as much as having the implant in does
