So if I'm not pregnant or ovulating, why do I feel like this?

I was worried I might be pregnant.

I have the sort of symtoms I get when I've a period minus the bleeding. Cramps in lower belly and very sensitive nipples. In fact I thought it was my period but nothing ever came.

My pregnancy test came back negative. Defn didn't read it wrong as it was digital.

So I did an ovulation test instead. Also negative. I've now done 6 of these and two more pregnancy tests over a period of about 8 days. All negative.

Thing is, I still have the symptoms, albeit not all the time. What could it be?

I am concerned about restarting my pill if there is any chance that I might be pregnant?

Any ideas?

i would leave it for another week or so and test again before going back on the pill just to be on the safe side

I wonder if a blood test would be more accurate than a POAS test? Dunno if its routine here but in NZ its quite common to get bloods done to confirm your pregnancy / HCG levels but I've not heard of it as much here.

I definately wouldnt start back on the pill just yet as its possible you might still be preggy.
