Help... getting annoyed now

I came of the implant about 4 months ago after been on it for 7 months as is was quite litterally messing my life up.

Before that I was on the pill for oh er 6 years I think on and off. However before that periods were as regular as clockwork.

Since having the implant removed my periods are in no set pattern anymore.

Is there anything I can take to try to regulate them as Im sick of thinking im pregnant only to find its mother nature playing tricks on me again.

Im fairly sure I 'O' as I get cramping mid way through a cycle.

Any help would be much appriciated

Thanks in advance

Hi Upsy,
I came off the pill end of May to try and conceive #1 and had no period. Had heard about agnus castus a herbal remedy and decided to try it. Its meant to regulate your periods and it did help me. You can buy it from Holland and Barrett. just be aware though, I have read that you're not meant to take it when youre ovulating, so be careful.

You might also want to try charting - will tell you when you have ovulated and give you a better idea of when to expect your period to stop you from driving yourself quite so mad!

thanks you two, I wanted 'normal' peoples views rather than articles I found. I'd heard about the agnus castus somewhere before, if it helped you it may be worth a shot.

Will see what happens this month and maybe look at charting next time round, as it looks a bit complicated lol
