Hi all

I'm off to the doc tonight to see why I am on day 47 and no period, and have 3 x bfn preg tests (one digital, two Boots).

It's been a year, and I'm not getting any younger (I'm 38) so I want to demand some tests. But what do I ask for? The other half is being referred for the usual sperm tests already; I'm just not sure what to ask for for me. Please help!

xx

BUMP

I have no advice to give, just thought I'd bump you to the top so you don't get overlooked.

Good luck tonight hun.

Possibly a little late but:
ultrasound of ovaries
Hormone tests (blood) day 21 and 24 on different cycles or a minimum of day 21 blood test. (see comment below)

then if all ok ask for referral to gynae/infertility team.

If referred to secondary care i.e. not your GP then you have a consitutional right to treatment within 18 weeks.

Hope all goes well.

Thank you. We're just getting the obligatory pg test out of the way, and then it will be full steam ahead. I know now what to expect, so thanks.
