Hi

I've just joined the New World with an iPhone. Can anyone recommend any iPhone apps to "track the mentalness"?

Thanks

I use the free iPeriod app, tracks your AF and various other day to day bits of info (bloating / emotions / nookie) shows your fertile period based purely on cycle dates of course but as we know our bodies sometimes dont play by those rules. All in all for a free app I'd definately recommend it.

I use BabyMed, it gives you an ovulation calendar. It was free also. I have only used it this month but it works well.

Hey you!

I use FMC and the menstrual calender, both free and have advanced options for setting length of luteal phase etc. FMC is dead simple, the other is more detailed.

the big disadvantage of these is that it is very eay to take the ovulation dates that the app predicts as gospel, but in my case at least, this has proved not to be the case as I have been pretty irregular the last 6 months or so, so be aware...
