Pregnant whilst on Implanon?

Hi, I came across this site whilst searching on Google and was wondering if anybody could offer me some advice. I had the Implanon fitted at the end of Feb this year. My period at that time was 3 days late but the doctor still agreed to give me the Implanon without a pregnancy test. After 3 days I had unprotected sex (The doctor did not tell me I had to wait a week, but I later found that out from Google). I have had bleeding once every 5-6 weeks that only lasts for a day. I have also gained about a stone in weight, and a lot of weight around my stomach. My breasts are sore nearly every day and they have grown a size. I have become really emotional and cry at the slightest thing. I had a lot of nausea and loss of appetite for the first few weeks but this has gone now. I took 2 pregnancy tests, which were both negative so I tried to forget about it. But now my tummy and breasts seem to be getting bigger and I cry at the drop of a hat. I called the doctor, who said my symptoms were normal for somebody on the Implanon but tonight when lying on my tummy I could feel pulsing. I don't know if I am being paranoid or I am actually pregnant. Has anybody else been in this situation? Any advice would be appreciated.
