We are currently ttc#2 but have just booked a trip home to NZ for Nov this year and I really need to loose some weight just in case this ttc business takes a while and I can't blame these extra 10kgs on pregnancy lol
I would stop dieting as soon as got BFP of course but was wondering what people had been told about dieting while ttc, was thinking of giving my system a shock with a couple of weeks of Slim Fast and then follow a Weight Watchers points type plan.
