Has anyone had an implantation bleed at 4dpo?

I am a bit nervous to ask but just wondered whether this is actually possible/plausible.

I think I ovulated last Thursday or possibly wednesday, and yesterday (Monday) had some light brown spotting.

there was nothing in the few days before, then this, and now back to nothing.

I suppose it could be totally unrelated but I did have a similar thing last time I was pregnant, only on about day 7 or 8.

Is 4 or 5dpo way too early?

I don't think so.I didn't have implantation bleeding, but did have a temperature dip(which can indicate implantation) at 5 days post ovulation when I got pregnant with DS.

Oh, and I meant to say, I got a positive test at 9 dpo, so it may well have been early implantation.

Something somewhere said if the egg is quite far along the tube it can take place sooner, but I thought it was all about time from fertilisation to becoming a blastocyst or whatever, and I didn't know that could happen within 4 days iyswim.

But it must be possible if you had a dip at 5dpo.

It is all a bit of a mystery, this conception lark

i had my implantation bleeds 3 dpo with both my daughters x

Okay, I'll take it as possible then. I have 9 days to go but according to FR you can test 6 days before you're due?

That would be Friday in that case.

good luck, i don't know the whole biology behind implantation bleeds, however they can be anything from a surge of hormones to the actual egg implanting, because i had mine so early after ovulation i think it may have been hormonally based, however we will never know. i think any change in the normal pattern of your cycle is a promising sign. good luck x

I'm hoping someone can help and put my mind at ease a little bit I started to bleed last night not much just when I wipe im have like ovulation cramps so I put it down to maybe a ovulation bleed but this morning my husband said do I test so I did but I'm not sure if it's a indent or evap line ??? Could the bleeding be implantation bleeding 5 dpo
