My last period was 12th June, I am 28 days/5 day type of girl.

So my period was due the 10th July, on the 6th July i literally had 1 day of brown spotting (very unusual) and then nothing.

I have done a test today as i also feel really sickly, but got a neg...anyone know what may be happening here?

I should add, i am not TTC but not preventing either iykwim....

you could be pregnant, sounds like it but its strange how you have tested negative though, i would do another test and if that says negative go and speak to your doctor.

It is very strange, tbh I have only just realised and had a light bulb in the head moment of not having a proper period, and after feeling pretty darn bleak since yesterday I thought I must be....

The odd thing is, the feeling sickly thing is just like MS as in I wake up feeling ok, and feel worse as the day goes on.

Maybe one of lifes litle mysteries lol!

maybe so, we go through some strange things at times lol. but better off going to the doctors just to get checked out. when i was pregnant i just felt sick all day. should be called all day sickness and not morning sickness lol

My mum always tells me how when she was pregnant with my brother the doctor told her she wasn't (fewer home tests in those days I guess!) but she just felt she was...went back a few weeks later and she was right. If you're 16 days late maybe it was a dud test? I should add, I'm no expert and don't mean to get your hopes up - but you're right that it seems odd.

I've seen several MNs saying that they didn't show a BFP until they were 6 or 8 weeks (and even later), so it's possible that your pg. If a diff HPT doesn't show anyting you could get a blood test done by your GP.

You sound pg to me.
