Confused looking for advice

hiya just looking for some advice.

I am currently on the Pill and my period is due today, it's usually started by now as I'm really regular on the Pill. I haven't missed any Pills this month and at the moment I have been having on off cramps all day but no sign of period at all. Also for the past 2 days I've had VERY bad heartburn and the only time i have ever had heartburn was when I was pregnant. DH and I aren't TTCing at the moment as I had a very early MC in feb and still a bit scared of trying again (we currently have a 13mth DD) but when I fell pregnant in feb I was on Pill and didnt miss one and had symptoms like i have at the moment.

Could I be pregnant or is my brain going into overdrive and making me paranoid?

if your period is due today, u should take a test tomorrow, just to make sure, that should tell you for definate.
if its happend to you before it could happen again. nothing is 100%

You sound pregnant to me! The Pill doesn't work for everyone.
