please help soo confused

ive currently got a little boy who turns 2 this year.
and i am really wanting to start trying for baby no2. the problem is im absoloutly terrified as i had an hurrendous pregnancy and birth with my little boy. and im scared of that happening again

so i am just wondering if any one as some posative storys or just a few words that will make me a little less anxious about it

Ring the hospital and ask to buy your complete birth notes. They may be free but were about a tenner when DS was born 5 yrs ago. I think it depends which hospital too - some might not charge you.

If necessary, get referred from your GP to speak to a counsellor who specialises in birth trauma or even a doula who will listen without judgement.

Once you've come to terms with what happened and why, I think you'll find it easier to move on and have another baby.

No two births are the same but it's understandable that you feel scared/worried about another pregnancy/birth.

i heamorraged with him, and i have read that if it happend before its likely it could happen again so its pretty scarey.
