Whats this bleeding and has anyone bled through their full pregnancy?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant I've been for a scan because of bleeding and cramps and everything looks fine with baby(heartbeat seen).
I have been bleeding for over a week on and off the nurse said it could be an implantation bleed but if so how long does this go on for? or what else could it be? I had a mmc in Jan so it's making me very anxious!

when i was pregnant with my lil boy, i found out i was pregnant and just 3 days after that i started bleeding, they said that everything looked ok and that it could be implantation bleeding, after that i did get it again but it eventually settled down after me been about ten weeks, i am sure that yours will too.
