I don't know a lot of the lingo/abbreviations/technical stuff, just looking for somewhere to get some advice/ideas/suggestions etc - TTC for 10 months, possible poly-cystic ovary (one of them) - could go on, but would like to join an existing group - any suggestions, please?

TIA!

Is this your first baby Squishy? If so I recommend First Time Frolickers!!

Age? Been to see GP yet? There is a mix on here (as you may have guessed) of specific problem / issue threads, and more general ones for ladies (and gents) who are in their 30's / 40's / going for assisted conception...

Talking of gents, my hubby just asked what would be a good thread for him. He wants to be involved! Any ideas anyone?

Aha, OK, wasn't sure how much info to put - sorry, brain a bit dull ATM!

We have one delightful DD, age 3 years 8 months.

I'm 35, about to turn 36 next month.

I am also overweight, have been trying to lose it (GP said would help if ovary is poly-cystic) but work has been very stressful, have been protecting people from severe bullying and harrassment....

Are you a social worker, or a random kind soul?

Well, you don't seem to fit the description for the First Time Frolickers. You are welcome to join the 30s TTC thread (club BESHicana in the title), but watchout: you mustn't be easily offended and a cynical disposition helps.

I am not familiar with many other threads that fit your requirements . Perhaps the ladies with sore ladybits? Seem like a nice bunch, though I've never been on that thread.

Good luck deciding!

Come and join us with the sore lady bits. We try to be quite light hearted but also have a great pit of despair if required.

What a proposition!

squishy · 20/07/2010 17:54

LOL! Thanks both, will get finger out!

MounttheFairy, why Social Worker or random kind soul?! Intrigued!!!

Because of the protecting people from bullying and harassment I suppose.

If it was me I would join the May bus and go from there.

Join JS II here

Abbreviations banned and there's definitely one person with PCO/PCOS so you're not alone.

Thanks!

Ah, realise the query - work in HR in a highly bullying environment atm...forgotten my original post!!!
