Does anyone know how much caffeine is in a cup of decaffeniated coffee? I note the guidelines say a maximum of 200mg caffeine if trying to conceive but I've never seen anyone calculate how many cups of decaff that is (and google hasn't been my friend). I drink a lot of decaffeniated coffee and want to check how much caffeine I'm consuming.
