what are really early signs ?

Hi

just wondering what you really early signs are?

my are currently

period pains, pains in left side, lower and middle stomach...
Dizzy, few times a day, feeling sick only a couple of times, morning and evening.
lower back pain..
I not sure if I a weeing more, but I am dribbling, cant hold it right now.
I have light headaches too...

Sounds like you're suffering with a kidney/bladder/UTI infection. Make a Gp appointment tomorrow get yourself checked out.Good Luck.

Shelly Your symptoms do sound like those of a UTI but could easily be early pg or your period on the way. Believe me, I've had every symptom going and I'm still not pregnant! I really hope you get the result you're hoping for

When I was pg before a positive test I knew both times because I would get sore boobs and feel nausea and dizziness. Hope you get a good result .

the drbbling is when I need to go to the loo, but cant go immediatly

All the symptoms i have , have only came on in the last 5 days...

I havent had symptoms like this and for this long before.

dont even remember having this with my first pregnancy, although that was a while ago now, I trying to rememeber , but I am not sure.. I do know that a week before my period, I was off work, sick(not phisically)

time will tell I guess, I am just like everyone else in wonder... not long to wait
