re tweet to win??? :/ Confusion

I see for some of the comps you have to post a tip or re-tweet mumsnets tweets. Well, I cant figure out how to re-tweet and how they even know you have done it and for which comp?

I do use twitter and I am following them but just dont know where to go from there. I know it may be a simple answer but I would be VERY grateful if someone can point me in the right direction

Just copy & paste the twitter and send it with a RT at the beginning (leaving @MumsnetTowers on). If you use something like tweetdeck, it has a 'retweet' button.

They know you've done it because they can search on @MumsnetTowers and find everything that's been posted that includes it (or there might even be an app now that tracks RTs, there's apps for everything!)
