Apologies again all. I spoke to them on Friday explaining my disappointment and should have got back to you. They're "conducting an investigation". I'll chase again later this week.

Hello I've had a message from the competition host: - "We apologise that the winners have not yet received these and hope to receive the two missing prizes later this week to send out asap." Here's hoping. Pls keep me posted on whether they arrive ; olivia at mumsnet dot com
