Tie-breakers / Slogans

Do you think it's always better to put the company name in a slogan/tie breaker?
I'm torn between 2 versions of a tie breaker and can't decide which to submit!

Probably yes. However I've won a handful of slogan type competitions in the distant past and rarely put the brand name in any of them.
