that's easy just spilt the shop leave one trolley in store go to checkout with first trolley use one coupon then walk out and back in and pick up the other trolley

Hello, I received an email about a month ago telling me I had won a bike, in the Ridgeback comp. I replied straight away but didn't hear anything back. I emailed again a couple of weeks later just to confirm my details were received but again had no reply so I emailed someone via the contact us option on here but also no reply :(
Could somebody please get in touch to let me know what's happening please?
