HELP! email recieved from Sarah Middleton SCAM?!?

I have received an email from Sarah Middleton saying iv won the nice and easy competition with mumsnet and asked for my details is this a scam or have I won ? :S

Sarah does indeed work for MN so congrats, I'll ask her to pop over and post now.
