Entering more than once

Hardly life changing but, my memory being what it is, I'm not always sure whether I have entered a mumsnet competition or not. Does anyone know if it tells you that you have already entered or if the entry would go through and you would then be disqualified for entering twice.

Does this even make sense?

I've wondered the same thing. I can never remember if I've entered or not! I can't help you with the answer though.

I think I remember this coming up before (but in a slightly different context) and the answer being that you can enter however many times you like. Which pissed quite a few posters off because what it means is that professional competition enterers can enter a bazillion times thus reducing the chances of actual MNers that post and contribute.

But that was years ago so maybe I'm remembering it wrong or its changed since.

There has been a few times that I have forgotten wether I have entered competitions before and it usually comes up with a message saying that this email or user name has already been entered
