Hi there, I posted on the competition thread about a competition I won but only just realised. I haven't heard yet whether I'll still get my £250 Debenhams vouchers and I'm desperate to find out! Please can anyone help? My post is in the 2013 winners section. Thank you in advance

My son was 3 in August and is attending a private nursery for three sessions of 5 hrs each, ie 15 hours per week. He attends from 1 pm till 6pm each day. Free hours are offered by local council from 8 am till 6 pm which should allow us to claim our full 15 hours but our nursery states that it is there company policy to only offer free hours from 8 till 4 which means we can only claim 9 hours and will still have to pay for 6 hrs. Is nursery allowed to do this?
