Since the laws have changed, I am required to bring the EP up to a standard for my rental property.
As I'm the top floor on a leasehold building, I'm limited with what I can do with regards to insulation but they have suggested High Heat Retention storage heaters.
Does anyone have any experience of these and can recommend any models ?
