3 bed semi near London ,colchester and the sea

I have a 3 bedroom semi 15min walk to beach,close to shops etc

15 mins by car to colchester or clacton hour away from London .secures garden and toys a plenty for tots as have 4 dc from 14-3.

have highchair/stairgates,travel cot if needed

would be intrestd in just about anywhere but would need good public transport links

Sounds fun!

I have a clean 6 bed (+ ensuites)detached house in 1 acre with outdoor fenced children's play area, bus drops off outside driveway. It's in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near Uffington White Horse, 1 hour from London.

I'd be interested in doing a house swap in the summer. Could bring sleeping bags to save on bedding?
