Advice please!! We are looking to move properties (we are social housing tenants). We have found a property in the right area and the house is lovely, however a lot of the neighbours children play out the front (we don’t have kids) and we don’t have a great deal of distance between our front door and where they play.
My question is does anyone else have this in their area? We don’t mind children playing so long as they are respectful, but we are worrying about the noise when we move.
We are moving as we have horrific neighbours where we are and want to move as we have had three years of hell with them having loud parties until the early hours.
The house is lovely and suits us (albeit the garden is much smaller).
Guess I’m just looking for reassurance and how other people deal with noise from children playing, which sounds dumb I know! I think I have PTSD from our neighbours and I will pick up on any bit of noise so over analysing it.
