Stonewater housing association

Can anyone help me with how to actually contact and speak to someone from stonewater housing association?
Or has anyone recently been accepted to rent off them who can advise a timefrane?
Won a house through council bidding system, stonewater rung me and asked me to fill out initial application form, did that sent back same day via email.
Received and email a week later for me to confirm what they had down as my income and references etc
Confirmed with them via email same day.,.
Another week on and I've heard nothing, no one answers any of the phone numbers for them, don't respond to emails either, they've also not contacted my landlord for a reference yet either.
I'm concerned as when they first made contact they said they would aim to be giving me the keys withing a week, but now can't even speak to them.

Not familiar with them but our HA has an office, can you Google the address and just call in person to ask?

Hi thanks for the reply, they have a few offices but none withing 60 miles of where I love which is really annoying xxx

Social media? Twitter, FB etc?

No response via any, or email or phone...actually was really excited when they contacted me at first but now would be worried renting off them due the horrendous communication x

Hi yes we did, we've been in our new home for 3 months now, they took a week or so but once they did it was all quite fast. Congratulations on your new home, I know the wait it hard but so worth it xx
