Hello, so I’m well in on a mutual exchange.
I’ve had my inspection & it’s all good no rent arrears no repairs need doing, it’s all ready to go to management for approval.
(Housing officer said it go through fine) the lady I’m doing my exchange with has got her inspection tomorrow morning & she’s had her electrical & gas check done and that all fine,
What actually happens now?
when can we start thinking dates? Xx
