Hi I’m trying to do a 3 way swap my mum wants my flat on second floor 15 steps she’s in very good health condition she works as a cleaner at the uni so she gos up and down stairs all day, she has no medical issues, social housing is trying to refuse because she’s 76 but there is a 77 year old and 102 year old who lives on 3rd floor above me everyone is different when they age I can’t see the issue she really wants to swap I’m the one with the issue as I have trouble going up and down stairs as I have pain in my legs and my 2 kids 2 and 3 years old don’t walk up stairs as they are scared to I’m feeling like I’m never going to leave
