Hi I am a housing association Tennant and I have a 2 bed house wity 2 children of different sexes. My daughter will be 8 this year and my son will 2. I have found a potentional swap to a 3 bed house. The association is grand union. Has anyone had any experience of being allowed a spare room? I don't know if it's a mutual exchange if it's different. As my children are under the age of 10 they can still share? Is anyone wity grand union bedfordshire and been allowed an extra room via mutual exchange
