weekly secure tennancy

Hey all,

i am doing a mutual exchange, I have a lifetime secure tennancy. I have just seen, but not signed the tennancy for the other property.
One sheet says that her tennancy is a secure tennancy 1985 succession. The other that I'm meant to sign is a weekly secure tennancy.

Is there a difference?

Don't want to sign it and get conned by the wicked witch who's conducting the swap.
I have emailed, called, called the office etc to no avail. No one can get through to her.

I am pretty sure that just means you pay weekly rent. However you really should get a solicitor or someone qualified in these matters to check your new agreement
