Hi this doesn't have anything to do with swaps but I couldn't find an appropriate group for this, but basically I've been waiting for a while for the council to house me and my family, I had a phone call this morning saying they will be helping us get out of where we are ASAP and made us an appointment down at the council on the 5th I'm intrigued what happenes at this appointment will it be to show us accommodation? As they already have all our personal information.

They will go through your housing needs and Options with you
its hard to say as I don’t know your personal situation
they may say they have a placed you on a waiting list and give you a timeframe of how long you have to wait how many points you have et cetera et cetera
they could offer you either temporary accommodation or other options. I don’t think this is an appointment where you get your permanent home, but possibly at this appointment, they will say you have been accepted to go onto the list for one
