Hello - I have a three bedroom semi-detached house in West Yorkshire and am looking to swap with someone living in London for at least a year - from January 2022 - as both my sons live in London and I am about to become a grannie! I live in an average size town where the primary and secondary schools are both rated outstanding. I have a nice enclosed back garden, new kitchen and bathroom and the town is within walking distance of the house. I am surrounded by beautiful countryside. I am preferably looking at living in the battersea/Fulham area but I would consider other areas in London.
