Hi,

We're a professional couple living in a lovely recently renovated 3 bed semi detached in Walton on thames, 5 mins walk from the Hersham train station with fast trains (25mins) to Waterloo.

We're looking to move closer to London for a year to a smaller place, and wondered if anyone with a flat in London is looking to move further out for more space and a garden?

Note this isn't a council or housing association house, just looking for a 'normal' swap.
