I have a big 2bed flat in kemsing large rooms and front room plus dinning room local convenient store,Chinese,Indian,chip shop and 5 mins walk to otford station local schools need a 3 bad in local area as have a 10year old boy an 13 year old girl sharing room x

1 bed bungalow in Hebden Bridge,West Yorkshire and am wanting to move into a similar property around Leeds/Huddersfield area

My current home overlooks the valley and backs on to the woods.
It's a 5 minute walk into town and a 10 minute walk to the train station and there's a bus stop outside which will take you to both.
The bungalow has a combi-boiler which runs the heating and hot water, double glazing and a well insulated roof space which can be used for storage. It has a shower over the bath and grab rails are installed.
Age restrictions of over 50 applies.
