Due to my husband job we are planning to be away for 3-4 months : end of June until October 2017. We are going to be overseas and the accommodation there is sorted. So technically, we are not interested in house swap at the moment. Would anyone please recommend any agencies that could help us to rent out the property for short term? preferably for whole period, because we won't be around to do the cleaning and greeting new tenants? anyhow we could avoid to have our place getting trashed? any advice is very welcome! thank you very much in advance!
