Looking to swap my 2 bed council flat in South Tottenham for Cornwall

The flat is really lovely. Light, overlooking allotments, good sized rooms, nice neighbours and VERY handy for west end and east. Bus outside to Kings Cross 10 mins. Bus round corner 10 mins shoreditch. Ideally want Hayle but anywhere within 20 miles ok. Any thoughts??

Can you call it something else? Non Londoners will associate it with the riots I'm afraid... And I am sure it is a lovely place which shouldn't be!!

What about Coventry? Not far from Warwick University.
