3 bed house in Croydon close to railway - 35 mins train to Brighton, direct train from Croydon to near Olympics, or 20 mins to central London if you just want to experience town. Rooms are superking size room, bunk beds in another big room and toddler/single bed in small room. Would like to swap for somewhere different no further up than Leeds ish as our youngest still rather pants for long car journeys.
House works, has tumble dryer/dishwasher/wii etc but carpets worn - needs repainting, comfy family home :)
