My mother-in-law has a luxury condo (flat) in Melbourne City Centre - in walking distance from all attractions and with a communal pool, gym and tennis court. Since we've just had her first grandchild, she's keen to visit the UK as often as possible - her first trip over will be in Feb/ March/ April 2011. She's looking for house swaps in Herts or Bucks.
