North Yorkshire for London during all or part of October half term?

We have a large, four-bedroom maisonette close to Clapham Common and Clapham South tube station in south London (this means 20 minutes to central London). We have three small children (6,4,2) so lots of toys, books, DVDs if you need them. We are looking for a house in North Yorkshire for the October half term - let me know if you are interested.

We have a spacious four-bedroomed house in Scarborough. We live on a very quiet street five minutes from the sandy beach at North Bay, Peasholm Park and the North Bay railway).

Our three sons are 3,7 and 9, so lots of toys and use of bikes and bike seat and a good sized garden

There are loads of lovely day trips from here, including Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, York, fantatstic walks and cycle rides.

We are keen to swap for this October half term, or any other holiday except summer (as my husband can't leave work then).
