Chronic back pain

The cleaning of house, job performance, cooking, doing groceries, doing laundry, all of this has drained me so much that the back pain has become a new normal for me.
Everyday waking up with a a light stretching pain and ending the day with a throbbing pain. Can't actually take it anymore and thinking to get some medicine after a checkup. I am afraid that doesn't comes out to be something serious and really not wishing to get on medication so can some natural remedy work for this chronic issue?
Looking for a few suggestions if someone has faced and lived up with this.

Get it checked out. DH started experiencing back pain about eighteen months ago now which we put down to being slightly overweight and doing jobs in the garden. Unfortunately it turned out to be rather more sinister and was a type of lung cancer.

It could also be a slipped disc which are not as sinister but extremely painful and dehabilitaing to live with.

I have suffered back pain for years. Seen drs. Phyios and taken all pain relief a dr will offer but nothing has helped. If it’s a new thing for you I would definitely get it checked out but I wouldn’t be relying on thinking medicine will just fix this for you.

I'd see GP to rule out anything sinister.

Then physio.

Strengthen core with pilates, increase flexibility with yoga.

Pain clinic referral if it persists.

Curable app was a game changer for me.

Just sharing my experience. But everyone is different and I think there's a lot of trial and error to find out what works for each individual.

There is a good book by John Tanner called Beating Back Pain. Try and identify what, then go and see a physio, chiro or osteopath and see if targeted exercises can help before having a load of painkillers.
If it appears not to be musculo- skeleto, then see the GP.
