Restlessness from disturbed sleep

Last night I decided to sleep on time or could be said earlier than usual (which is midnight). I held my phone and while scrolling suddenly watched the time and it was 12 am, I told myself 5 more minutes and 30 minutes passed the next time I saw the clock and so on and I kept scrolling until a couple of hours passed by.
To be honest, I kept the phone aside when a severe headache triggered. That didn't let me sleep peacefully, I had an interrupted sleep and kept waking all the night.
Today this affected my functioning, and this is not the first time but has happened several times before as well. That wasted day gave me a thought that technology has affected us to an extreme, how casually we waste our time, compromise our health, have chronic issues. I have a disturbed sleep pattern since a month or more than that and I really want to know how to break this cycle as this has been causing restlessness from a very long time?

Have a look at Lululight - it’s free to sign up at the moment. Weird but really works, I’d forgotten how it felt to sleep properly and the difference it makes to how you feel!

Try to change your routine and add some workout in it to keep your body at work physically in the morning as well. This will maintain your rhythmic cycle of your body.
