Numbness in back and drowsiness

It has been a few days there is a weird pain in my upper portion of the backbone. It can not be defined as pain in the bone, not in general and neither it is pressure oriented. The pain gives a weird coolness effect or you could say slight numbing. It also comes with drowsiness. I have been using herbal teas for it do they work or would they worsen this? If someone has ever faced this, you could give your advice, share your experience or any suggestions for chronic pain management.

Have you seen the doctor about this and had a check up, blood rest, xrays or scans, do you have any medical issues. ,I don't think herbal teas would help. Have you done any heavy lifting, injured yourself in any way, strained your neck or back. The only person who can answer is a doctor.

I wouldn't rely on herbal teas alone, especially with new numbness and drowsiness. I'd get it checked by your GP, particularly if it's been going on for several days. Hopefully it's something simple, but it's better to be safe.
