Hi I have endometriosis and PCOS I’m wondering what things I could possibly get to help with my pain I’m also autistic so I apologise if I struggle to understand so if any help could be as simple as possible please that would be a great help thankyou so much 😊

Hi. The only thing that helped my endo was having the coil fitted.
My bleeding almost stopped and it was such a relief.

I have the marina coil already they’ve recommended the monthly injection to try and help as I’ve just been hospitalised because of it finally home but wondering if there’s any things I can buy to help at home maybe

I have just been told by an endometriosis specialist that EMDR therapy reduces pain for some women.

You might have central sensitisation. If EMDR is not an option, I would check ou pain reprocessing therapy workbooks amzn.eu/d/08IJpSJg.
