I have awful tmj pain in face teeth it’s been going on for 6 months. The doctors can’t seem to get to the bottom of it. Had mouth guard no good steroid spray no good. Just been given a week of nuproxen. I just want to get to the bottom of it

Have you done the physio exercises for it? I used to do the massage in boring meetings and it really helped resolve it.

I had this so bad and tried lots of things. The number one thing I found that helped is botox. I now have it regularly in the jaw (masster) muscles, in my temples and along my forehead. It's been a total game changer for me. The lady who does mine is a nurse as well as an asthetics professional. I would highly recommend finding something with medical knowledge and having a chat with them about it. Good luck!
