Is pain in this location costochondritis

Im having sternum chest presure and pain when pressed in these locations is it costochondritis

I had costochondritis but only on one side recently. Pain along sternum and under breast. Probably best to see a GP.

That is very much a similar pattern to my costochrondritis but you should always be seen with chest pain.

Pressure AND pain together, should definitely be checked, costochondritis for me was pain. Pressure and pain together could be angina (which I have also had) and I'd say get checked properly.
