Looking for inspiration on exercise for fibromyalgia and hypermobility :)
What, if any, exercise do you do that makes a difference to your pain and strength?

I don’t know about these conditions but yoga makes all the difference to joint pain for me. Try Adriene on YouTube- lots to choose from.

Swimming for sure, back stroke if you can which sounds counter productive but back stroke gets you stretching parts of your body that you just won’t with anything else. Pilates is also really great.

I don't have those conditions, but found hydrotherapy really helpful for exercising without over stressing my body. The exercises are personalised to meet your needs and/or abilities.
